About me
Hello and thank you for stopping by!
My name is Ivan Fosin MA MCIL. I’m a Croatian multilingual translator, localiser, transcreator, reviser, and copywriter.
I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, with a major in modern languages (linguistics and translation). As a result, I have gained an in-depth understanding of morphology, syntax, stylistics, pragmatics, and sociolinguistics. In addition, I’ve acquired a thorough knowledge of the standard Croatian language.
Because I’m passionate about travel, international affairs, foreign languages, and cultures, I have an excellent understanding of several languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Polish.
As a language professional with over 10 years’ experience, I support high-end businesses, top global brands, agencies, and government bodies in their communication needs.
My areas of expertise include business, legal, information technology, and marketing texts.
But each client and project is unique. Therefore, whenever I choose words for you, I take into account all the specific needs you have and the story of your brand.
As you probably already know, speaking the language isn’t enough. If you assign your project to an unqualified individual, you put your revenue – or worse, your reputation – at risk.
With me, you don’t have to worry. You’re in good hands. As are my other clients who love working with me because I have a keen eye for detail and an ethical approach to work.
My clients value my technical skills most of all. When they hire me, they always get:
- Terminology management and research
- A style guide creator and a leader of translation teams
- A vast collection of both paid online and paper dictionaries
- Advanced training in marketing and advertising
- Knoweledge of web design
- Strong skills in SEO, UI, and UX
- A certified copywriter
If this sounds like a good match for your project, then get in touch and we can take it from there!
